In Season Rates for the Roaring Brook Guesthouse are during Gore Mountain's peak ski season, beginning the week of Christmas through the end of March.
For all other times, such as summer and fall, off season rates will apply.
Holiday rates are noted and include Christmas, New Year's, Martin Luther King Jr. weekend and President's week and require a three night minimum stay.

Payment: A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of confirming your reservation; a security deposit and payment in full is required 30 days in advance of your stay. The purpose of the security deposit is to cover damage, loss and unusual cleaning. Security deposits are calculated based on the duration of stay and range from $500 - $1000. The housekeeper inspects the house after a guest leaves and reports back to the owner after which the deposit is returned.
Cancellation Policy: Because the Roaring Brook Guesthouse is rented to only one party at a time, cancellations close to the date of rental significantly impact the ability to secure another reservation. For this reason, no cancellations or refunds are possible within 30 days of a visit. Roaring Brook Guesthouse is truly a one-of-a-kind gem and no other vacation rental is closer to Gore Mountain.
Confirmations for your stay will be done by mail or via email including a Google map to create custom directions, and the unique keypad combination for the entry/mudroom.
